In order to begin marketing your property for rental, we are requiring a copy of your most recent mortgage statement indicating your mortgage is up to date. This request has become necessary due to the current conditions in the real estate market. Prospective tenants are increasingly concerned about the status of an owner’s mortgage before they will commit to renting a property. This information will help calm their fears and hopefully get your home rented over someone else who has not provided this “security blanket” for them.
Your current mortgage status statement must be received in order to be placed on all of our advertising sites. No leases will be entered into without this information in your file.
