Learn More About Jan............... Born and raised in the Midwest, I have lived in Tampa for most of my life. Our older son lives in California while our younger son lives in Tampa with his wife and two young sons. My husband, a Vietnam Vet and retired Tampa Police Officer and I are also the proud "parents" of a wonderful, mixed breed Beagle/Hound named "Sara".

I have been involved in real estate for 30+years specializing in Property Management for more than 23 years. Our Property Management Team is headed up by John Murphy, Senior Property Manager, Kathy Olsen, Maintenance/Lease Coordinator and myself. Our management services based on our extensive experience and fine-tuned management skills provide owners and tenants with excellence in finding the most qualified tenants, attention to maintenance and expertise in handling all legal issues that may arise.
